love K Drama, love Viki, hate commercials, would love to help translate.
Have to lower my vote. They are very late in posting payments and I am constantly having to endure commercials when I am paying for no ads. Also, I am getting only intermittent English subs. I have to delete and reinstall the app often. Also, I have to put my preferences in every time I open the app, they are not saved, and the company is very neglectful of my emails, never answering them.
